Hi, I’m Kegan. I’m a first-generation agriculturalist who found her passion for the industry by asking the question, “where does my food come from?” Since then, my curiosity inspired my love for the agricultural industry, and I have not looked back since. I started my adventure by attending Northeastern Junior College in “Stertown” aka Sterling, Colorado. There, I received an associate’s degree then went on to pursue my bachelor’s degree at America’s Brightest Orange, Oklahoma State University. After obtaining my degree in animal science I worked in industry for a few years. Soon, I found myself back to Sweet Home Stillwater to work toward my master’s degree in agricultural communications. In this degree I found my niché.

I enjoy communicating, listening, sharing, traveling and creating; all of which is a match made in heaven for a communicator. I hope my trek down this path will help me make a difference in someone’s life – either by making them smile or helping them share their story.

Catch me at spin class on Saturday’s, paddle boarding on a lake somewhere, searching for succulents or sitting in a coffee shop with my closest friends. Have a travel recommendation for me? Let me know! I am always up for a new adventure.
